The world is art

The world is art

Up until now, we’ve been talking about the here and now in this newsletter. And there’s definitely plenty to focus on: how ArtWorld can help you capture the moment, what cool new creators are posting, and what you can do with the app. This week, we want to share where we’re going, so you can come along for the ride!

When we imagine where ArtWorld will be in 5 years, there are two main things that come to mind. The first is, of course, all about the art and culture that will be discoverable in the app. Imagine walking down the digital streets of a city and finding posts from a whole spectrum of creators sharing their art, perspectives, and inspiring moments populating the streets with their creations. Imagine seeing the way a city grows and changes over time through the eyes of people living and visiting it. Imagine discovering digital artifacts, creative traces left years ago, that help you see the city through new eyes. We can’t wait either!

As ArtWorld grows, we envision it becoming a new kind of creator economy that prioritizes content over ads or sponsorships. ArtWorld bridges the gap between the digital and real worlds. Creators will be able to not only get exposure through what they post, but also sell their physical works in app. On top of that, we eventually want to be able to fund artists ourselves – to expand the opportunities artists have to make a living off of their work. Creators are what make the app great, after all, and art is and will always be important. So come join us on our journey to a future where your creativity has helped build a new kind of social media!

Share your posts, share the things you have seen, show the history or share your vision of a place. Share the unique, the inspiring. Share your own work for the world to see.
